ここでは「感情のコントロール実践・初級編」の動画で紹介したポスターやリストなど、 プリントして使用できるアイテムを共有しています。 これは私が実際に行っていた感情のコントロール方法です。 気づくと気分が落ち込んでいたりネガティブな感情に陥っていることに疲れた私は、 ある時点で「もう感情にコントロールされずに、楽しく心地よい生き方を自分で作る！」と宣言し、 本気で感情のコントロールに取り組み始めました。 でも「自分が感情に飲み込まれている時は、沼にハマってるように出られない」と気づきました。 そこで私が考案したのが今回紹介している「感情の目覚まし時計セッティング」と「感情の救急箱」です。 「感情の目覚まし時計セッティング」のポスターを目につく場所に貼り 「感情爆上げリスト」はいつでも取り出せるようにクロゼットの扉を開けた場所に置いておきました。 今ではマインドフルネスの実践により、自分の感情にほぼ常に意識が向いている私ですが、 初めの頃はこの二つが非常に大きな助けになりました。 自分の心が整いやすくなってきたら、単純に人生が生きやすくなるだけでなく、 自分の身の回りに起こる事柄が心地よい方に変化したり、自分の人生自体が変わってきます。 まずはこのポスターを印刷して部屋のどこかに貼っておく事で、ネガティブなことに思い悩んでいる時に自分を思い出させることができます。 ポスターはここをクリックしてダウンロードできます 自分が思い悩んでいると気付いたら、すぐに「目を覚まし」 深呼吸をしてみてください。 心と体は繋がっているので、単純に深呼吸することで次の段階に進む意欲に影響を与えることがあります。   次に下の「感情の救急箱」を見て 「自分が感情の主導権を持ち、それをコントロールできる」という事を思い出して すぐに自分の気分が瞬時に上がる行動に移ってください。 このリストは事前に書いておいて、簡単に手に届く場所に置いておく必要があります。 感情の救急箱・気分爆上げリストはここをクリックしてダウンロードできます ↓ 例えばこんな感じです ↓...
